The Brief
This stylish Hoxton penthouse came with fabulous London skyline views — but after years as a rental, the landlord decided to sell due to rising costs and future tax changes.
Although they already understood the value of staging, they’d never used a professional service before. They booked a free consultation to learn just how simple and stress-free the process could be.
The Challenge
The apartment had a great layout and light with a lot of glass, but the landlord was concerned that the “second bedroom” wasn’t fully enclosed — it was divided from the open-plan living area by a glass screen. We needed to show buyers how this flexible layout could still function beautifully as a second bedroom or stylish guest space.
The Design
We took inspiration from the soft blue tint in the glass divider and carried that through the scheme, pairing cool blues and greys in both the open-plan lounge/diner and the second bedroom to create flow and cohesion.
For the main bedroom, we used warm creams and contemporary greys for a chic, hotel-style feel — perfect for the London market.

The wrap-around balcony was the true showstopper so we styled it to impress:
