With a background in the world of property refurbishment, interior design and space planning, I have always been obsessed by the transformative power of design.
I am thrilled to be able to bring this love for all things property & design to life, and am now dedicated to helping others maximise their property’s potential for sale and rent.
Crystal Property Staging, founded by Deborah Sauvary, was born due to the success of purchasing and flipping properties in Wimbledon.
Deborah always staged her own properties for sale achieving fast sales always, at or above asking price.
She became the go to to expert and helped stage a friend’s properties for sale after viewers couldn’t envision the space for sale. The property sold to the second offer, which was over and above the asking price.
However, it would be several years later before she would go on to found Crystal Property Staging. Deborah knew that she was meant for something more than the corporate world and could help her clients achieve the same results as she did in her own properties.
She launched Crystal Property Staging and staged over £4 million worth of property in her first year.
Deborah’s next goals include scaling her business and building a team of dedicated stylists to ensure that staging is available for every every property so it can marketed to it’s best, collaborating with estate agents and doubling her own investment property portfolio.
Crystal Property Staging stages properties for property developers, Landlords and investors in from the 3 Counties to the Home Counties and beyond.
