Serviced Accommodation

  • How does your service/process work?

    Our process is really straight forward!

    1. Get in touch!
    2. Send us photographs, a video or a floorplan of your property
    3. We will send you your quote and contract
    4. On acceptance we book in a date for your installation & take full payment
    5. On our agreed date, we install within 24 hours
    6. You will receive your edited photographs within 48 hours (in certain packages)

  • Do you provide photographs?

    Yes! We can include photography in all of our packages.
    We can also provide “drone photography” and “video walkthroughs” at extra cost.

  • What areas do you operate in?

    We currently cover Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire & Gloucestershire. If you are outside this area, reach out – we’ll see what we can do!

  • Can I rent the furniture?

    We only offer furniture rental in our “Stage for Sale” package.

  • Do you offer finance?

    Not yet

  • Do you provide window dressings?

    We don’t provide window dressings, however we would recommend keeping it really neutral, e.g. white roller blinds.

  • Which colours should I choose for the walls and carpets?

    We suggest a grey carpet & grey or white walls. It’s really modern and that is what will go best with the furniture.
